E-commerce Manager
We are looking for a talented Ecommerce Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue goals through eCommerce marketplaces.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 4-5 years of Sales Experience in a middle senior leadership role
Minimum 3 years experience in growing sales in Ecommerce with at least a 3X growth journey
Executed marketing strategies to position the right product in the right market
Study the product performance and trends, devise ways of boosting the sales through campaigns and promotions
Effectively plan and arrange launching Nutty Gritties products and supervise implementation of market development activities to ensure full adoption of all products by Industry partners in order to increase market share
Work with the design team to make effective and attractive collaterals to be used across Amazon, Big Basket, etc.
Work with the Operations Team and external vendors to ensure timely fulfillment, meeting fill rates, maintaining CIS %, and ensuring the best prices
Team Management:
Set goals for team on time, aligned to business objectives
Provide on the job mentoring and Identify training programs & developmental interventions to enable higher performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and give timely feedback. Connect and engage with the team for higher motivation and retention. Discuss career aspirations and provide opportunities for growth.
Ensure adequate staffing of the team with respect to numbers and competence. Manage Team Performance, handle queries and provide constant supervision and guidance.
Conduct Monthly Performance Conversations with team members
Responsibilities:
- Experience in D2C e-commerce operations with Shopify preferred
- Cataloguing, product uploads, managing collections and pages on Shopify
- Ensuring product information is accurate and complete including performing periodic quality checks
- Banner uploads, pricing, promotions and discounts, product bundling and offers
- Best seller analysis, critical inventory levels and reorder reports
- Daily sales & traffic reporting
- Should have worked with Shopify plugins for marketing automation
- Work with technical team for performance and speed improvements, enhancements, and new features
- Regular monitoring of site for any other issues such as downtime, performance, and errors/bugs
- Interfacing with marketing and creatives teams for rollout of promotions and offers
