UX Function – persona definition, information hierarchy, user research, usability study, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, analyzing usage data, cross product consistency, Responsiveness across form factors – to create wireframes for our entire Source-to-Pay suite of products.Our ideal candidate has an uncanny sense for clean design, is a fierce advocate for the user, and is committed to creating elegantly simple user experiences from otherwise complex workflows.

Role And Responsibilities:

• As UX/UI designer, you will be responsible for producing original end-to-end UX design, UI design, motion design, illustration, iconography, and prototyping.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints
• You will be a bridge between the product design and the front-end engineering in translating the designed experience into detailed UI specifications.
• You will be shipping the final UI in accordance with the guidelines while maintaining the highest standards in the visual aesthetics.
• You will work closely with the lead experience designers and product managers, under the guidance to gather context and design the final UI based on wireframes finalized & agreed upon with product, design, & business stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for the product UX and UI right from the design stage all the way until the experience is shipped to Development.

Job Description

• Have experienced E2E UX journey from conceptualizing to launching of product design.
• Understanding of best practices, as well as knowledge of analysis, research and/or design principles and techniques.
• Experience in communicating and collaborating with senior executives, product managers, engineering teams and other stakeholder teams to envision, define and implement designs.
• Ability to understand customer needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into delightful customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate and demonstrate the value and rationale of layout decisions to business and technology partners.
• Excellent communication skills, with attention to details.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color, iconography, visual identity design and appropriate visual design techniques for different delivery mediums
